Comments:
Ran with Zac at a good dirt path we found by Nyack NY. It's only twenty minutes from ramapo and is almost 5 miles long so it is good for out and backs. My knee was almost not even noticeable which is great. I was only a bit winded at the end. Not too bad. I did core and bands also
