Ran into Justine on base today! Random but cool.
I did a hill workout, it was pretty rough. 16 200m hill climbs. I just focused on keeping my form and a steady pace. It was pretty difficult but just focusing on one at a time was helpful, and so was thinking of how many I had left. Sounds counter intuitive but for some reason it helped me stay focused. The last hill was :56 so that was nice. My goal was to keep it under 1 min. Cooled down and stretched.
