11 miler morning run

Comments:
Gosh it was hotter this morning, but oh well. Felt shins again, need to ice them down well tonight. The second half felt better again and then finished with a 5:55 mile on the track. Then I did 10 strides. The first 5 felt crappy and the last 5 were much better. Doing another run today.
