Took to the track this afternoon for some mile repeats. Goal was to run them all between 6:25-6:30 - 400m rest jog in between intervals. Mile w/u and mile c/d; the legs and body felt great today, had a little bit of a spring in my legs and probably could have hit all of these under 6:20. Splits below, really happy with the run today.
