Comments:
Rode bike from dads in lees summit. 30 mile loop over to Pryor and right to 150 hwy. then right about 3 miles and right into Longview lake. Around lake and damn and left at college. Down hill and all the way to hyvee. Took all the way to 150 again and back around. Around the hood 3-4 times.

Felt ok. Gorgeous morning out but windy!
