Iced down the shins last night, they were okay today, still feeling them but will continue to work on them. It was a tiring run, the first part of this week has been mileage heavy but after another run today I'll have an easy shorter run tomorrow followed by a long run and day off. So that will be very nice, only one more tough run of the week left.
