Comments:
working double shifts the last three days put a big damper on my running this week. I managed to get up early on Wednesday and go out, but working form 8:30am-11pm and then trying to get up at 6 to go running just wasn't working on Thursday and Friday.
However, it looks like the rest did me some good. Mile repeats went well today. Broke my previous PR (from two weeks ago) on the first mile and then broke that PR in the second mile. All six miles were below the best time from the last session, so things went well. Average pace: 5:12.33
Still noticing that I run fast on the way back, mostly due to more downhill. I may try going over to the corning preserve next week for a flatter course, but the gentle hills are good some good training and the flat would artificially increase the time. We'll see.
