Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
First "long" run after coming back from an injury. Knee feels okay while running, but still a little banged up. Starting off here to build into a more typical long run distance (12-13 miles). Only the end of my first week back, which explains why I was a little tired after about an hour in. Pace was also on the slower end. Trying to be cautious and not push it too much.
