Easy Run

Comments:
A little stiff to start, but felt good towards the end, which is a good sign. Breathing still a little heavier than where I'd like it to be, but I was purposely pushing my training pace to judge where I am. Knee was feeling sore later at night. Clicking sound when I do squats/bend over persists. Might have to cross-train tomorrow.
