Exercise Type: Run

Haha. This run we were all expecting to be a really easy nice run. BUT haha It was super hilly and a very hard run! Had to stop a couple of times because of how hard it was to keep running up all thoes hills! But the down hill was great!
I do think i have learned how to run down a hill a lot better tho! Because we were running in the hills pretty much the whole camp.
So that is one good thing i did learn is how to run down the hills!
Haha. It got to where i felt like i was doing NO work to get to the bottom, just throwing my feet in front of me it was great.
Also from running up the hills i kinda know how to get to the top faster with short choppie fast steps.
I am really happy we did the hills it was just super hard!
