First time running since taking a few days off from abdomen pain. I went to Bergen Chiropractic and Sports Rehabilitation and they found out the issue is coming from my diaphragm due to breathing from my chest/running slightly hunched over. I worked on my breathing and posture during the run today and the pain felt much better from the last time I ran
