Comments:
I wanted to do 6, I ended up doing 4. My legs were really tired the last mile. I decided not to push it. The first three felt like my old self. I have been drinking lots of water/Gatorade. I have been taking my iron, and a vitamin D pill that the doctor prescribed for once a week. I am going to try to do the schedule this week! I have another blood test thursday. Splits: 7:49, 7:55, 7:59, 7:45
