I am pretty mad that I let myself get out of running so much this week. I promise I wont do that anymore the whole summer. I need to stay on plan. For some reason, I can't wake up in the morning to run. I usually remember turning off my alarm, but I don't remember even waking up. I ran in the evening and the weather wasn't too bad. The sun went down halfway into the run. The pace was good. I got a little tired towards the end of the run which was good. I felt good throughout the whole run. That was exactly what I needed to get back on plan. My mile times were 7:23, 7:07, 7:12, 7:18, 7:16, 7:23, and 7:32 pace for last .84 miles. Hopefully, I can bounce back with some consistency.
