Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
When I'm on that starting line, nothing else matters. My worries simply melt away and I'm a whole new person. It's almost as if lifes pressures never existed. A smile of joy never ceases to arrive on my face, as well as knots in my stomach. A random thought or two sit in my brain, whether good, whether bad. But once that gun goes off, anything other than running completely evaporates. It is then that I know that I'm meant to run, no matter my times. Some get this feeling from dacning, or acting or football, or well really anything you can imagine. But I get it from running. Though my body constanly nags me to give up, my mind never will. And that is why I call myself the astounding honor of an edurance runner. I run, run, and run;sometimes I have to stop and ask myself why? but then I remember that my worries melt away as I get on that starting line.
