Stats, the plan sounds good...

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: overcast burning off, a bit muggy for CA, 70s

Comments:
Went out with Lew in the morning. She ran uninterrupted for 21 minutes and then added on two, short pick ups totaling 90 seconds. We walked at start and end of the route. Total distance of running was probably 1.75miles.

Dropped her off at her Mom's house and I continued reluctantly on out Western, over to Bodega and back into the Blvd ad up past City Hall. Loosened up during the slow portion with Lew and more so during my run, but like every run int eh past week, I'm quite stiff and the knees prevent me from feeling loose or quick. Especially downhills are very painful in the knees --Left one from the fall in the woods and right one from normal tendinitis. Keeping up with strength work. Push ups are usually 60-75 per day and there are crunches, planks, occasional clams, superpeople and bridges.
