What. A. Day.
It was very smart to take not one, but two ice baths this weekend. I knew this tempo would be a good one! I ran with Coach Marca and the goal was around 30:30. We finished at 30:10.56 and I felt really strong throughout. It was great!!! Now I just have to do it on my own. Then I feel like it'll be official. (On a random note, this new way of tying my shoelaces is amazing. My feet feel weightless. Wish I would've discovered it months ago)
Tomorrow is my first double day! I started reading Running with the Buffaloes today and I plan on getting through a good portion of it tonight in bed! I'm honestly SOOOOOOOOO excited for this season and beyond :) :) :)
