LNR Practice

Comments:
Intervals on West River Parkway (along Mississippi). It took me about 4 minutes per interval with the rest being back down the hill and a very quick drink of water. The first interval we did of nine was at level 5 single sticking (which is only upper body), then we did 8 intervals of skate skiing at level 4 intensity in 2 groups of 4 which we took a 10 minute easy ski between each group.
