Comments:
I ran at 9 in the morning, it really didn't matter what time I went bc it was going to feel hot no matter what. I was stupid and the first two miles were too fast for me to maintain low 7:30, my legs gave out at 3.5-4. (A lot of stops to catch my breath) They just weren't going to go any faster than 8:30. I pushed the last miles finishing under 8:10 but it's frustrating when before last week I was running really consistent. It was super hot, I ran grass hills today for a change, and the football coach was nice enough to give me some water

I did strides on real grass bc the turf had summer camp
