Inconsistent run

Weather: hot and humid

Comments:
Went slow at first mile because I felt tight so just took it as a warm-up.. The 5 miles consisted of 8:14, 7:48, 7:57, 7:33, and 7:26. I usually don't run my distance runs that fast but my sister and I were over it and ended up racing to get home. hahaha
