Comments:
The weather was pretty good. It was a little humid, but I was ok. I felt pretty good since the sun wasn't really out. I held myself back a little because I wanted this to be a progression run. This was a good run because it progressed throughout which is what I wanted. My mile times were 7:46, 7:32, 7:32, 7:28, 7:17, and 7:06. I felt completely relaxed during the first mile. It also felt good to pick up the pace to a pretty honest pace around the last half mile.
