Ran with my high school team today. Wanted to do 6 miles straight but my abdomen was bothering me, probably because I had sports rehab before I ran. Instead I did a 2 mile warmup, 3 mile tempo (started at 6:22 and dropped to 5:34), and a mile cool down. Didn't feel my greatest so hopefully tomorrow's a better day.
