Weather: Downpour

Comments:
Started with a 1 mile warm up, then did bounding up a hill many times for about 1.5 miles. Next we did 6 *6 minute intervals with each one being a bit less than 1 mile for me with a 3 minute recovery. After that we had to go quickly back to the picnic shelter due to lightning. At the shelter we did stretching and strength.
