Comments:
I was unmotivated to do the tempo in the morning so I went after work. I decided to pump myself up with my favorite purple sports bra, spandex, socks, and I even did my nails to match. Wow was it a great workout! I felt really good. My splits were consistent. Last mile I was really feeling it but I was only a second or two off my pace. My miles were: 7:02, 7:03 & 7:05. The goal pace was 7:15. I wasn't expecting that with the runs I have been having
