Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I ended up running with Zac today and since he was doing his tempo run today I did part of it with him. I ran a two mile warmup, then did two full miles on the track at zacs tempo pace then did a mile cool down. The tempo pace felt really easy and smooth and got me looking forward to when I can start actual tempo runs. I also did core today
