Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
It says it was 86 degrees with a little humidity, but the sun went down early in the run. It feels so good to run without the sun heating me up. I felt really good during the 1st mile unlike I do in the mornings. I felt good throughout the whole run. I felt better as the run went on. I met some kid that I sped up to run with. We started talking and running together, so that is why my pace slowed at the end. We were kind of going easy so we could talk. It was at a s nice comfortable pace. I think this was a good aerobic workout. My mile times were 7:40, 7:26, 7:27, 7:27, 7:24, 7:41, 7:46.
