Comments:
I didn't wake up in the morning and couldn't run at night because of dinner. I did a 30 minute bike ride and then did 30 minute run at the gym. I didn't make up this pace as I used to do. I actually went the pace it told me even though I feel like I ran faster than that. I held on to the bar the whole time. It said my heart rate got up to 170, but I don't know if that is right because I believe that is lactate threshold. I was sweating a lot, but I got through it. By the end of the workout, I was running pretty fast and got to around 6:40-7:00 pace. Most of the time I was going 7:15-7:30 pace. It was a good run. I hate running on treadmills, but it is so much better some times because of the weather. I just have to suck it up and do the run on the treadmill.
