Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
This was the most brutal race ever . Running and carrying 110 sand bags up hills and down 400m and buckets filled with rocks . Rope climbs and other upper body stuffy . Swimming through lakes 150m atleast . Running up blue mountain ski resort and back down . I'm so drained and achy it was the ultimate workout !
