Comments:
Wow, these faster miles are starting to feel so comfortable. Sometimes I'll look down at my watch and realize I'm running 6:40 pace, when it really feels like 7:40. Last year, I would have never imagined I'd have long runs like these. My left quadriceps started bugging me at around mile 6. A sharp kind of pain but nothing serious.
Two sets of core back at school and two more later in the evening. LOTS OF WATER
Ice bath tomorrow?
