Comments:
Felt ok today. The hills at Freedom Park were rough and I struggled early. It took me a long time to warm up, so I ran most of the run by myself. Need to get better at doing the whole long run strong so I can hit the paces at the end comfortably. Did bands after and rolled a lot.
