Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I did a steady state on the treadmill with a mile warm up and a mile cool down. Each mile I got a little faster, starting with 7:03, 6:58, then 6:53. It felt really good, the only problem was my shins felt a little tight from the hard surface.
I played ultimate for 2 hours too! It was a blast and a great leg workout
