First summer workout tempo with Gavoon

Today was a bit rough, the tempo went well but I wasn't feeling the best. My legs definitely were feeling it. We probably ran a bit longer than 6 miles but it was pretty good for the first one in a long while. I looked at my watch at some mile markers mid way through and we ran a 2:49 800m so we were going sub 5:40 pace for some of the tempo. Good to get back into workouts, tempos do hurt and I remembered that today. Legs are tired, things are going well though before I get married.
