Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The weather wasn't too bad. It says it was 80 degrees with humidity, but I didn't feel it all too bad during the run. This run was actually a lot harder than I thought. The workout was at Spotts Park. I also haven't done any hills in 2 weeks. I was really tired by the end of the workout. So much lactic acid built in my legs. The last 2 minutes of the run, I was going really super slow. There were a lot of different ways to take each lap so each lap was kind of different. A lot of different hills of all sizes. I am just glad I ran the whole workout. I am not too worried how fast I go these workouts. It is more of working the hills. The hills get me a lot stronger mentally. Physically, it is hard so it helps a lot. Overall, it was a good run. I felt good. My mile times were 7:23, 7:42, 8:22, and 8:51 pace for the last .17 miles.
