workout at druid
hard. the pace wasn't fast for how it felt and i didn't know what was wrong, 8:53 and 8:55 through the loops
trying not too think too hard about it
ITB tight afterwards, did a little rolling but couldn't really get it that well
weird pain in inside of ankle but nothing major
