I finally got to go running again!!! It was super nice. I felt like I was going fast even though I was going super slow. It was hard, just because it's been a couple weeks, but it felt nice! It was really pretty, because I'm in Antigua, which is this old colonial city and all the buildings are really old and the streets are cobblestone. I went with my friend/the other intern, and we had to stop a bunch to cross streets and weave in and out between the people on the streets. My hip is hurting now after the run, despite 2 weeks off, but it feels a little different. It feels sharper when I put my weight on it as opposed to the full pain from before.I also did yoga this morning which was surprisingly hard.
