Comments:
Once again, too fast but it felt good. Ran from home to the track (1.4 miles) and did swings, fence-to-fence strides, stretches, etc. Staircased up to Scott Rd. (1.3), and back (2.6), then ran back home (+1.4), exactly 4 miles. Such a nice morning :) I love double days!
