Great recovery run! & it seemed to go by SO quickly! I don't know why but runs just feel so much better going towards Glendale instead of Sun Valley. My legs STILL feel fresh and I'm so excited for tomorrow :) I don't even think I need to ice/roll out tonight. Intense stretching was enough.
