Easy lift. Had some nahps on my territory aka the squat rack so I had to skip it because the big bad daddy bear was waiting for me to get dinner. Might have been best that I missed it anyway since it was my first lift in a little while. But then again I'm also not a wimp, so I probably should have squatted.

Kept the leg extensions a bit lighter to let my hamstrings catch up and they are doing just that. No pain with seated leg curls but some discomfort when I tried out horizontal leg curls (for shits and gigs). Hamstrings are definitely getting stronger which is great

3x10 abductor & adductor 115 lbs
3x10 leg curls (horizontal) and extensions 85 lbs
3x10 right-legged seated-squats (machine) 125 lbs (to work on balancing my right leg stabilizing muscles with my left leg muscles)
2x30 straight-leg lifts
3x10 inclined bench 95 lbs

None of these lifts was too tough. I want to keep my strength over the summer and really improve once I get back to school and have people to lift with/spot me. However, definitely going to increase the weights on the rest of my lifts this summer
