Easy run

Comments:
Instead of doing 6 today and taking off tomorrow like the plan calls for, I decided to break up the run into 3 miles today and 3 tomorrow because I don't want to take off the day before a race. I ran very early this morning and don't think I drank enough before the run. My legs were ok but my breathing was never easy. I felt like I never really woke up so I just took it slow especially with my first race in 4 months coming up on Saturday. Tomorrow I will do another easy three miles. I will do bands tonight
