Comments:
first run I felt really good. weather was really good despite it being 9am.

running without music is good. I started out way slower, and I ran my whole run slower, but I wasn't desperate for a walking break.

did hill repeats up the gradual hill by the llama farm on Triadelphia for funsies (~30sec x 10)


finished with ab workouts. happy thursday!
