Weather: 73 and cloudy
Comments:
Ran with the nantucketer from before again and had some nice conversations about rotc and whatnot. Nice to have company. Also, he had a habit of running just a half-step ahead of me, which annoyed me at first then I realized its not too bad because I can just let him pull me along/ give me a mini draft. Nice flat run and perfect temperature. I felt really good overall.
Did "the ripper" ab workout after (including 45sec set planks and 10 leg lifts ps).
