another attempted long run

Weather: sunny, great

Comments:
started out really easy, just trying to find a pace I could actually run 10ish at. started to feel pretty terrible after 5 or so, esp. around 7-8miles. after that I felt a little better, although my knees and hips kind of worry me from those couple of miles; my hips i know just need to get a little stronger, but i'm not sure about the knees. Overall felt pretty good and feel really good now that I'm done!
