Comments:
Ran 3 min on 3 min off times 5. One step up from last week. Started on school loop then did base loop to finish back on school loop. Felt pretty good. Started at 6 min pace for on then worked down.
Chiro visit:
When the doctor was aligning by back and feeling down my trapezuis, he said i had a ton of knots and scar tissue. He said "dang you got a messed up back". Gave me exercises to strengthen lower back and directions to ice and warm.
