Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
The weather was ok. It wasn't too bad just a little bit humid. The workout was 2 minutes hard, 2 minutes easy. Instead of going as hard as last time, I treated this as tempo intervals. I was getting tired pretty fast, but it was because I haven't done a tempo in a long time, but it was definitely tempo effort. The run was pretty good, I felt good. I wasn't tired from yesterdays workout at all. My warm up mile was 7:35. I got 9 hard intervals in. The last one I spent 4 minutes to finish off the workout, so it was like 20 minutes of hard. My average hard pace was 6:40-6:55. My average easy pace was 8:40- 9:00. I got in 16 minutes of easy effort. I closed pretty well I think. It was a good run.
