Comments:
Did a mini workout at night. 2 mile warmup at 15:02, 6 X 200 (Wasnt very fast..38-40 for each). Just got a GPS watch and learning how to work it for intervals/workouts? 200 on , then 200 off/jog for 1.5 miles. 1.5 mile cooldown
