Comments:
I ran 1 mile, then when I was stretching, I turned knee and I got pain all the way up and down my knee. I left early and had some difficulty walking most of the day, but right now at 10:32pm, I'm feeling so much better and was able to move with ease around the house. I'll probably take a few days off and then slowly begin running around Tuesday or Wednesday during camp
