5-mile run

Comments:
after wimping out the day before jessica and i felt like we had to make up for it and we were going to do the 6-mile part instead, but when even callie didnt want to, we backed out & did the 5 mile. i fell behind jessica after a while and i was wheezing like crazy so i walked for a bit. i noticed that if i saw someone else walking, that i would take a break and walk too, weather i could make it or not, it kinda broke me down a little. i need to work on focusing on how i feel, not on going with the flow of everyone else. i felt really pathetic at the end of this and i wish i wouldve just ran the entire time.
