Comments:
Ran the teterboro 5k today in 16:53. The course was short, apparently it was actually 3.01 miles but I don't care I'm happy with that time for a 3 mile on only a month of running. It pretty much ties my PR from indoor so it has me looking forward to a much better year this year. I felt strong the whole way through and never faded. I can't wait to race in the fall when I'll really be in shape. Core after
