Comments:
7th in 16:32. Felt like I was cruising between 80-90% the whole time, and I had a ton left at the end. The course was probably short, and extremely flat. I want to do another race before the summer ends now to get a better indicator and a harder effort. Did a long cooldown to catch up on mileage.
