Swimming day!

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
i thought it would be easy but oh man, this was the worst run by far. the way down was easy of course but after we turned around it was all uphill and im pretty sure i walked all of it and maybe shuffled on the few flat parts there were. my knees and quads were aching so bad i felt like a contestant on the biggest loser. i remember that once the rocky/hilly-ness was over and i saw the snow patches, i knew we were close and kicked it up a notch. i ran as hard as i could for the last stretch, especially once i saw the suburban. the lake was SO fun! my favorite part of camp! i swam to the island and back and jumped off the rock a couple times. it was a blast. i think the releif that the running torture was over for the day made it even more fun. :)
