Comments:
i was nervous at first but really felt good during and after the race. i kept my pace the whole time and sprinted as hard as i could up the hill to the cabin. i wanted to break 7 but i know i will on the track.
this was such a great way to end camp. even though this weekend was a challenge for me, i had a lot of fun here.
thank you coaches so much for setting this up for us & the sessions really were helpful. they scared me a bit because im not sure i can really focus as much as you guys were talking about, but ill really try.
thank you for bringing alll of that food too. i know how expensive it is, especially with how much us runners eat.
i cant wait until next year and this coming season!
